Hello! Welcome to our profile! Thank you so much for checking us out. We hope you enjoy reading about what makes us special and looking at our pictures. Most importantly, we hope whoever looks through this makes a connection with us and sees that we are regular people who like to share excitement and joy with loved ones, but also recognize that we value the little things in life just as much.
This handsome guy is Eric. Aside from the occasional suborn streak, he might be the total package. He was born in Phoenix Arizona, but raised in the suburbs of Detroit. From an early age, devotion to family was apparent. As the oldest of 5 siblings, Eric took his job as big brother in his close-knit family very seriously. So much that Eric was often trusted to babysit while his mother worked. In high school, Eric maintained a job bagging groceries. Eventually he would become a supervisor in the department with his strong work ethic and keenness to excel no matter the job. These days, Eric has earned an MBA from Lindenwood University further defining an already successful career as supply chain operations manager for World Wide Technology, a global communication systems integration company. In addition to being extremely smart and a great leader to his staff, he is conscientious of all humans, and always willing to go the extra mile for someone in need. Eric religiously donates to a variety of charities and has been known to volunteer for a local animal shelter collecting and delivering food and other supplies. Eric will make an excellent father. Not only is he a man of good character and work ethic from a close-knit family, he is a devoted family man and husband to Suzie. Eric prefers to spend his time with his loved ones doing anything and everything.
Over our 13-year marriage, I have witnessed Suzie push herself to become a Registered Nurse (RN). To say I am proud of her is an understatement. When people ask who my wife is, I gleam with pride. Not only because she is an RN and does amazing work with people who need help, but because she has a genuine heart that cares about the wellbeing of others. She keeps me grounded and inspires me to do better. Both of us are young at heart, although she would say I have the tendencies of an old man sometimes. Her love of being in the moment and my tendency to want to plan is a pretty good combination; she makes sure we have fun and I make sure we don’t run out of gas on the way! She loves a spontaneous trip when the time is right, such as a drive along the Mississippi River to spot a bald eagle. Suzie has an independent spirit – so much that she removed the “obey” portion of our wedding vows – she simply would not have her role diminished by old fashion standards. She is one of the bravest and strongest people I have ever met, traits I know she will instill within our adopted child. Suzie and I both believe in encouraging individuality and creativity and following your dreams. We agree that in order to follow your dreams, you must set goals, put in the work, and of course, be kind.
