Todd & Logan

- New York -

Introduction

We met while on vacation on Fire Island. We began dating and quickly fell in love. We talked about children soon after becoming serious and cannot wait to become parents. We believe that since we cannot have our own biological children, our purpose is to provide for a baby in need of a forever home. We work hard as a team and always protect each other. As parents we will spend time filling our child's life with love, joy, security and adventure. Our home is ready to welcome a child.

Although the world is in tough times and we always find ways to remind ourselves how lucky we are together, to have some fun and focus on spreading love and joy.

We will surround a baby with everything they need to become a happy, kind and successful person. We admire you making an adoption plan for your child. Thank you for considering us, we are deeply honored that you are exploring the best for your child.

Our Parenting Style

Todd’s best friend is adopted and we talked a lot with our family and friends about our decision to begin a family. We talk about what type of parents we want to be and make decisions that will be best for our new family.

We believe children must always be safe and feel secure, they must always be protected and never be in danger.  We want our child to be happy, to understand that the world is never perfect  but as a family we can accomplish anything.  We will be a team and always work together.

We want our child to learn through experiences, through travel and nature, through games, sports and art.  Together we will support out child in finding their voice and becoming their own responsible and secure person. We promise we will always find time to laugh, to dance and sing and to just be silly.

School is important for kids and we will make sure our child has the support to learn and evolve into an intelligent and happy adult.

Most importantly we will love this child with out whole hearts. We promise they will always feel our love, every day of their lives.

Our Story

Our Home

Logan is from sunny Prescott, Arizona. Todd was raised in the Big Apple – New York City.  We now live in the suburbs 30 minutes north of NYC and enjoy our relaxed and peaceful neighborhood.

Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is warm, cozy, and relaxing. It is in an incredibly safe neighborhood with excellent schools, sports teams, and lots of nature.   We chose a diverse neighborhood full of different ethnicities and cultures.  Our town has beautiful parks and playgrounds and a fun town pool with a slide and kiddie pool.

Our Nursery

Our home has a nursery ready for a baby that is quiet and soft, full of toys, books, and new clothes. It promises to be a safe, secure, and stable environment.  We have baby cameras in the nursery, and by the bassinet in our bedroom and bassinet on our main floor.

The colors are muted and subtle.  We have a soft area rug to make it nice and quiet, as well as a nice slider chair to help soothe the baby during the night.

The nursery is right next to our bedroom so we are always able to hear the baby and check on them throughout the night.

We can’t wait to bring a baby home to this nursery and make our family complete.

Our Pets

Carter is our dog, he’s a little 10 pound Morkie.  He is about 10  years old and is the absolute best dog.  He LOVES to play with our nephews and is always calm and patient with them.   He is always happy – running around, making us laugh and playing with his toys.

Our Family

Todd’s parents, sister and nephews live close and they have a tight knit bond.  We have weekly tradition of Sunday Italian dinners.  Todd and his Mom cook every week together.  Our nephews love to play in the yard with Carter and even sleigh ride down our hill in the winter.

Grandma is nicknamed CoCo by our nephews.  She is such a caring and loving grandmother and can’t wait to have another grandchild to share her love. Todd and his mom have a very close bond.

Together we enjoy being successful, we both come from humble backgrounds so being secure and stable is important to our life together.

Logan’s Dad lives nearby and helps us keep our yard healthy and growing. We have a brook that runs through our yard where we sit by the fire telling family stories.  His dad is a genuine country man and shares so many stories of his youth on the ranch.

Our family fully supports our adoption plan and will be with us every step of the way.
