How to be Considered

Requirements

  1. A PDF profile about your family (we recommend no more than 12 pages)
    (IMPORTANT: a link to an online profile WILL NOT be accepted)
  2. A current private US domestic home study
  3. An active membership with AFMC (starting at $0/month)

  4. Complete AFMC’s Member Questionnaire
  5. Read and Sign AFMC’s Service Agreement

  • Letter to Expectant Mother
  • Family Interview Recording – (Free for Ultimate members, one-time fee applies for other membership levels) 

Note: All documents must be formally approved by AFMC before you can request to have your profile sent to and considered by the expectant mother.
