Dear Birth Mother - we wholeheartedly appreciate and respect your courage, strength and sacrifice in the difficult decision to offer your child for adoption. Honestly, as a woman, I never thought that I would have any issues having children of my own. In fact, I helped raise all of my nephews and niece, and my husband practically raised his one and only nephew. When we got married, we immediately started to try to get pregnant and when we experienced fertility issues, it was a big surprise and heartbreaking for both of us after having multiple treatments. However, in addition to wanting to birth children, we both always wanted to adopt also. So we consider the opportunity to adopt as a humble blessing and a huge responsibility. We love you already for trusting us as adoptive parents, and we are confident that you will be exceedingly blessed beyond measure for making such a self-less sacrifice. We thank you from the depths of our souls and you are already in our thoughtful prayers.
