Please know we respect you, admire you, and will always strive to live up to the kind of parents a child needs. We have a big family, a lot of support and you are welcome to join, being as involved as you want or need to be. I wish one day my wife could see how beautiful she is through my eyes. She still makes me blush. She is a firecracker and I love energy she always has. One of her best qualities is her ability to always have a plan and thrives on planning events or adventures out. She is always there to help or lend a hand if you need her and give you straight honesty when you need the truth. People often call her for her opinion and advice. One of her passions is Special Olympics she has coached volleyball and horseback riding. Her smile and can do attitude are contagious, propelling everyone around her to do their best while having a good time.
He is the kindest person around and it exudes from him. He is so calming and strangers will approach him asking for help. He has the best go with the flow attitude and willingness to on any adventure, even last minute. He listens, cares and is always trying to better himself. Julio walks like a ghost across any floor which is great for sneaking up on people or even hiding seek but he normally just scares me at random.
He is so creative, the man can draw, and will take on any craft I place in front of him. Overall he is a guardian, peaceful, and making love ones feel safe.
We live in a lake community outside of Atlanta, Georgia. We love our neighborhood the HOA makes sure there are plenty of activities yearly. We have a swimming pool, lake and 3 private parks inside the neighborhood. Nearby we have a nature reserve with 15+ miles of hiking trail in which we use 3 times a week. Stone Mountain is nearby and we keep an annual pass and there is plenty of shopping, activities and food close by.
We Have set up a nursery in a woodland theme with gender neutral under tones and a wait a child to fill it.
We Have 3 dogs:
Buster Black Lab mix. He is a greeter loves everyone and all animals. He is 15 years old and just a go with the flow kind of guy.
Anuket (Honey Cut) Aussie/Spaniel mix: The dog you throw a ball too, swim with, hike and jog she is ready to go.
Foxy (Chihuahua) Too sweet, loves attention, rough, sweet, face scratches, ear pulls as long as its attention she doesn't mind. Has been around small children and she stays close because kids drop food.
We are very close to our immediate family and even though some are from out of state we still keep in touch.
We celebrate Thanksgiving with both families when we can get them in one place. We have a friends get together every fall. Where our friends and their families hang out and do something spooky. Christmas eve is celebrated with Lauren's family and Christmas Day with Julio's. Almost every Saturday we do Saturday morning breakfast. Julio and Lauren wake up, make breakfast and relax until around 11 and reflect on the week and enjoy the morning.
We love to travel. Rather it's exploring a local park or a far away destination. We have it down, backpack, essentials, sunscreen, and bug spray. We can be ready to go in an instant.
