Thank you for considering us. We appreciate the magnitude of the decision you are in the process of making. We offer to you our commitment to respect your wishes throughout the entire process, and we will do all that we can to make this process as less stressful as it can possibly be. We offer this promise to you – the baby or babies (if twins or triplets) will have a great education, a life full of love, and the support, encouragement, guidance, and empowerment to pursue their own individual passions and potentials.
We have both committed our lives to working with children from newborns through 21, working with students with and without disabilities. Our hearts are open and ready to offer unconditional and unwavering love as we start our family.
For almost two decades, David has had the privilege to work with amazing children from ages 3-21 as a camp and program director for at-risk youth, a Boy Scout leader (he is an Eagle Scout), a wilderness survival instructor, a piano instructor, and a certified teacher for English, Philosophy, and Special Education.
He loves to write stories and music, play piano, guitar, tennis, and baseball, perform magic, go camping, kayaking, hiking, build things, bake, and read. He also loves animals and dreams of creating an animal sanctuary one day.
But above all of David’s interests, his priority is and always will be his family. He is forever willing to go to the ends of the Earth to ensure that every person he loves is safe, happy and loved completely.
Teacher of English, Philosophy and Special Education
David throws the biggest and best surprises, including roller skating flash mobs.
Angela always wanted to be a mom, even before taking care of her younger brothers (her youngest eventually calling her Mommy-Angela). The desire for a family of her own was strong at an early age and she considered adoption prior to meeting the love of her life. Once upon falling for, and marrying David, the prospect of having a family was as real as ever.
Her greatest hope is to one day be able to share her nurturing love with her children and show them all the good this world could offer.
Aside from her home & family, Angela has a passion for art, film, and literature. She works with students with special needs (teaching/counseling) and shows the utmost sensitivity to people of all backgrounds and situations.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this letter.
We appreciate the magnitude of the decision you are in the process of making and offer to you our assurance to respect your wishes throughout the entire process. We offer this promise to you: the baby (or babies) will have a life full of love, support, and empowerment to pursue their own individual dreams. We have both committed our careers to working with children with and without disabilities. We do not have children of our own yet, but our ultimate dream is to have a family. Early on in our relationship, David and I talked about our future and our plan was to adopt even if we were able to have children of our own. Unfortunately, after trying naturally and seeing fertility specialists for a few years we were unsuccessful but remain hopeful for having a family. We have been approved to adopt and have already started preparing the Nursery (Enchanted Forest themed). We live in the suburbs of New York where we own a four-bedroom Victorian home, complete with a large backyard, baby-friendly pets (Bailey & Nox), and a baby-grand piano for holiday sing-a-longs. It happened to be Christmas morning as we sat together, talking about how much we wished to share times like these with children of our own. We longed to watch the wonder through their eyes, hear their laughter, and share their excitement as they came down the stairs. We agreed that the time to start the adoption process was long overdue and have been working non-stop on building the brightest future possible for our family. Thank you, once again, for your time and consideration and know that you are welcome to contact us at any time, night or day.
Truly & kindly, Angela and David

Our Parenting Style
We believe that a child thrives in an open, respectful, and loving environment. Just as the relationships we create with our students, we want our child to feel comfortable to come to us with any concerns he or she may have. We will create an environment where our child can always confide in us without concern of judgement. As we model the love we have for one another, we hope that our child learns to develop healthy and respectful relationships thought their life. We believe that our role is to protect, encourage, guide, and help our child find their individual strengths and potential so they can look back on their lives and feel they have truly lives.
