Introduction

Adoption has always been a part of our hopes for our family, but during our journey to build our family we discovered that adoption was our main option. We wish to be parents more than anything. We will give parenting our all and encourage a child to love God, to love others, and to be the best version of who they were created to be. We hope we will give you a sense of who we are, the love that we have, and the parents we will one day be.

Roose news she wanted to adopt even before we married. Roose’s young brother was adopted, and he always known where he came from and how deeply they loved him. She is simply an amazing sister and aunt to her nephews, and a daily inspiration and encouragement to me and her family. She works hard to connect and support one another and encourage our nephews to pursue their interests, gifts, and passions. Roose will love spending lots of time playing with and reading to her child. In addition to her role at home, she is a physician dedicating her time to the science and discovery of diseases through a microscope. We enjoy trips to the beach to relax and walks or playing outside with our dog.

Leandro is always supportive of our family and friends shows how he is the most selfless person I know; He is faithful and gracious, honest, and silly. The bond we share will allow us to fulfill the calling of adoption in our hearts. He loves watching soccer and riding his bike. At this stage in Leandro’s career, been self-employed will allow us to enjoy quite a good flexibility which permits us to be present for all the important things on a child life. He loves to eat dinner together as a family and often prep food and always clear the table. Weekends are primarily family time and we enjoy having fun together playing games or watching movies always eating popcorn.

Building Our Family Through Adoption

Our Letter To You

Dear Expecting Mother/Parents

Thank you for taking the time to get to know us.  We cannot imagine what you are going through right now and the emotions you must be facing, but please know that we are praying for you, your child and your family. We pray God will guide and direct your decision because we know that even considering adoption means you are willing to sacrifice your own plans for the needs of your child.

We would love to be able to walk this journey with you and we hope you know what a blessing you are giving to your baby! You will always have a special place in our hearts. Your child you know about the events that led her/him into our lives and that you made your decision from a place of love, compassion, consideration, and hope that we will be the type of family you wanted this child to have.

We both have big families who are excited and waiting for this adoption, praying with us along the way for you and this child. Your child will be raised in a Christ-loving home. We value great education; we love family trips, and we enjoy new experiences together. The day you will choose us to parent a special bond will be formed. Here you will know a little bit about us as you make decisions for your child. We cannot wait to meet you, listen to your story and get to know who you are.

Sincerely,

Leandro and Roose

Our Story

Our Home

We live in a beautiful neighborhood in a small community that is close to great child and family activities including high quality schools, zoos, aquariums, professional sports, large parks, and shopping. We like our small community for enjoying bike rides and walks. Our beautiful home has plenty of room for our growing family and our dog Nina.

Our Family

Close Even with Distance

Our family and friends are spread across Brazil, the U.S., Canada, and Europe but that doesn’t stop us from regularly spending quality time together, in fact it gives an excuse to travel!
We see our immediate family (mom, dads, brother, sister, and nephews) at least 2 times a year if not more. Our friends in our community are like family to us and we share meals, adventure s, and, when not with our immediate family, holidays together.

We are lucky to have an incredibly supportive family and friends behind our choice to adopt.
