As a birth mother facing an unexpected pregnancy, the world can seem frightening and terrifying. With so many emotions ranging from fear to uncertainty, confusion to sadness, and an abundance of worry, the experience of having an unplanned pregnancy can feel incredibly isolating for the birth mother.
At Adoption for My Child, we care committed to giving you the support, guidance, and information you need during an unplanned pregnancy.
Adoption for My Child, or AFMC, has been helping, guiding, and supporting birth mothers navigate their personal unplanned pregnancy journey since 2005. We are committed to providing compassionate mentorship for birth mothers – helping them find the best pathway for themselves, their situation, and of course, their unborn child.
AFMC understands that exploring adoption options for your child is a complex and frightening time in your life. With so much unsolicited and uneducated advice coming from well-meaning friends and family, unethical agencies who use fear and guilt to influence your decisions, or societal pressure trying to force you into a choice that does not honor your heart, beliefs, or values – AFMC is a revolutionary approach to ethical adoption services that puts the power and control back where it belongs: In your hands.
AFMC is dedicated to compassionately and confidentially providing you with the necessary information, critical resources, and loving support that you need to make the optimal choice for you and your unborn child. Our revolutionary approach to adoption helps you make the right choice for you, your body, and your baby – offering a wide assortment of adoption options, including private adoptions, adoption agencies, or other professional child placement services. Our team of adoption experts can help you examine the pros and cons that come with each adoption experience, and help you find the best opportunity for your unique situation.
AMFC understands the tremendous emotional toll that choosing adoption can take on a birth mother, and we fully respect the selfless, caring, and vulnerable place that this decision comes from. We believe in honoring this incredible act of love by ensuring that birth mothers never have to worry about fees or hidden costs when offering the remarkable gift of life. We are dedicated to removing the fear and uncertainty that comes with unplanned pregnancies, and instead, cultivating a warm center for love, dedication, and beauty.
At Adoption for My Child, we understand that you are looking for more than a family that will give your child a wonderful life – you are looking for a family that will stop at nothing to provide your child with the love, care, and trust they deserve. As a birth mother, you want to know in your heart that the family you choose is fully dedicated to helping to create the bright, beautiful future your unborn child deserves – a family that you trust to raise your child in a way that helps them succeed and thrive.
AFMC will assist you in identifying families who can give your child the future you want them to have. By connecting you to families who possess the values, ethics, and beliefs you value, AFMC can help you navigate our diverse and comprehensive database of families, and find the right family for your child.
We Provide Pregnancy Support & Free Access To Hundreds of Qualified Adoptive Family Profiles So You Can Choose the Perfect One for Your Baby.
AFMC focuses on digital online profiles and service provider referrals. We DO NOT arrange or coordinate adoptions. We DO NOT attempt to influence the outcomes of adoptions or final decisions made between the women and families that connect through our services. All expectant mothers are referred to a licensed social worker in our network. IF adoption is the option the mother chooses, the social worker will work with the expectant mother. We do not work directly with expectant mothers.
