Hello, we are Erik and Sarah. We have been together for 11 years and have been married since 2014, we are just waiting and eager to find a family who wants us and a baby who needs us.
I am a 36 year old man, I started out going to college for massage therapy, I decided that wasn’t the path for me. I took a job as a service technician, while my wife was in nursing school. I love cuddling on the couch and I throughly enjoy cleaning, it is my form of therapy. I like to move furniture around every so often to get a different feel for my house. I am often shy, but I open up once I get to know someone. I really want to be a father.
Sarah is an amazing woman, I couldn’t have asked for a better wife. She is compassionate, nurturing and devoted to her career of helping others. She has been wanting to be a mother for several years. She just graduated with her masters in nursing. She is extremely intelligent but also extremely humble. She is the life of the party and always seems to be able to invoke a smile from anyone she meets. Her laugh and smile are extremely infectious.
Sarah and I live in a welcoming, very nice and ethnically diverse community in a subdivision. We have a community center with a playground and a pool for the neighborhood. Our house is two story with a finished basement, we have 4 rooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. Our master bedroom is just feet away from the nursery we have decorated in hopes to grow our family and the spare bedroom is right across the hall. The main floor is equipped with a open floor space complete with a dining room and a formal dining room, a large living room with plenty room for the baby to grow and run around. The finished basement has another room we use for an office but the rest of the space is used as a family room.
You can feel comfort in knowing that you baby will have their own room, we are extremely prepared with all the necessary items needed to ensure the gift you give will be very well taken care of. This warming and comfortable room is decorated to be relaxing to a baby.
We have one cat, Bella. We have 2 dogs, Eva and Walter. They are amazing with babies and children of all ages.
We are a loving couple with 11 years together and we have been married since 2014. We own our home with 2 dogs and a cat. We have a nursery set up and ready to take on the responsibility of raising a baby. Our 1st adoption was disrupted but we are strong and determined and really want to start a family through adoption due to fertility issues and we cannot make a baby on our own. We understand this is a very hard and emotional process and we are willing to help every step of the way. Sarah’s family lives just miles away, while my parents along with my older brother lives only an hour and a half away.
We celebrate every holiday, especially Christmas, Thanksgiving and our favorite which is Halloween. My wife’s most loved holiday is Valentine’s Day and we always celebrate everyone’s Birthday.
We know this is the hardest decision you will have to make, I hope you find that we can be a great source of support and I hope our love will show you we are capable and ready to take on the responsibility of caring for your baby, he/she will be in good hands. We often take vacations and would love to experience these wonderful moments with a child and let them see just how beautiful life can really be.
