Jamie & Jack

– North Carolina –

Introduction

We're Jamie & Jack from North Carolina, and we're so happy you'd like to get to know a little more about us.

We've been married for 8 years. We met in college, and knew we wanted to be together forever.

One of the things that has always been important to us is our love for our families.

We both always wanted a big family, and have had adoption on our minds for years.

We finally feel ready to begin our journey!

About Jamie

I’m a NY native, with lots of family still in that area, but have been in NC most of my life. Some of my interests are yoga, dance, hiking, and reading. I love hanging out with my little family, and exploring new events/ things to do around town together. I work in my family’s company, which gives me a lot of flexibility to fit my schedule to my son’s school activities or other events.

About Jack

Jack grew up with one brother and one sister who helped him become the person he is today.

He wants to find his son a brother or sister so he can experience the same things that helped him grow and learn every day of his life.

Family first, Jack loves to spend as much time as possible with his family. The more the merrier.

Jack enjoys working for a holistic company that focuses on health & nutrition.

Jack loves to analyze fantasy football and loves to help his son learn all the current video games and tabletop games. Any type of game or sport counts as a great time as long as it's with friends & family.

Cooking Lebanese food is another fun activity, but eating it is even more fun for the whole family.

Our Home

We love in a lovely townhouse in the heart of our city. Baby will get their own room right across the hall from their big brother's.

Our Pets

I don't know that there's enough space to write out everything for our first babies.

Our oldest is Guen, short for Guenwhyvar. She's our mini black panther, and while she's sweet she will be the first to hide when things are out of the norm.

In the middle we have Cora, short for Corazon. True to her name, she is our sweetest. She loves to cuddle, and is amazing with our son.

The youngest is Draco, our only dog (for the moment). He is a forever puppy, who would play fetch for hours if you let him.

Our Family

You've read about Jamie and Jack, but not a lot about our little guy. He's 4 years old, and a goofy dude with a huge heart. He loves to sing (a lot), and his current favorite movie is Nightmare Before Christmas. Jack and our son love to play outside and play any sport they can (football, basketball, and soccer are the favorites).

Our son is so excited to be a big brother, and we know he's going to be a great one.

Our Traditions

Every Sunday, we enjoy a family meal with the whole family at Jamie's mother's house. All 3 of Jamie's siblings and their families attend. There are 3 cousins that are similar to our son's age, and they have a great time running circles (literally) around grandma's house.
