Hi! We are LaBryant and Phineka. We are an African-American couple that has been married for 11 years and best friends for 17! We are seeking to adopt twin African-American and/or biracial boys. Hopefully, our information will intrigue you enough to be our match!
LaBryant is a family man who loves to travel, spend time with his wife and girls, and finds passion in helping people discover their life purpose. He grew up in Alabama and considers Georgia to be home. His friends would describe him as loyal, adventurous, and a loving leader.
Phineka is a fun-loving, full of life personality who takes great pride in being a mother. She grew up in Alabama and has lived in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arizona, and Georgia. Her friends would describe her as the “mother bear,” loyal, loving, and confident. Her presence and love lights up every room and her bubbly personality is impossible to miss!
We live in a three story home on the outskirts of Atlanta that’s a little over 6,000 square feet. Our neighborhood provides a ton of opportunity for children to share in community with one another and we simultaneously have enough yard space for kids to be kids. The school system is one of the highest rated in the state consistently and provides significant levels of diversity. Our new additions will have their own space on our basement floor right across from the master suite. There is plenty of play space both indoors and outdoors!
We have started paving the way for the entrance of our new additions. The room next to the master suite has already been adorned with some staple boy items. We are in the process of adding cribs and other accessories to this space.
Our home is full of love! One of the amazing components that we have heard from family and friends alike is that our home has been a safe haven and a place of restoration for their fatigue. That love is driven from all four of our daughters, who consistently fill us with laughter, wit, their own unique flairs of creativity. Above all else, we believe that we have created a home and environment where a lot more love can still be given to more children.
We love to travel and give our children the opportunity to gain new experiences. We typically get away 3-4 times a year just to expose them to a world outside of our own context.
When we are not in the hustle and bustle of activities, family dinners with kid chefs is pretty neat! We celebrate all of the major holidays and ensure that we take time to getaway and just enjoy family!
