I am a Wife, Mom, Nurse, friend and homesteader- a compassionate person inside and out. I enjoy spending time with our children at home and on our blooming hobby farm. We are surrounded by a spectacular landscape and lots of adventure to explore here in the pacific northwest. I personally enjoy cooking, learning new recipes, singing (at home to our kiddos and at church on the worship team), long slow walks, biking and or driving around in the region we call home. I have an ever growing and deep desire to continue growing our family through the love of adoption. To be blessed in parenting another child is something i pray everyday for and I long with my whole heart to be given the opportunity to do so.
First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for considering our profile. As I reflect on what to convey, one thought stands out - I see you as a true hero. The path you've walked in these recent weeks or months is beyond my comprehension, yet your choice to give life to this baby radiates a blessing that extends beyond words. To me, you are a hero. Amidst any information about my profession or other details, this is what I want to share: you are a blessing, a hero, and we are profoundly thankful for your sacrifice. Our family is one of kindness and love, ready to envelop this new baby in the same affection we share. From the moment we meet our new blessing and every day after, we'll treasure and honor the gift you've given.
Hello, we are: Jake (Dad), Jacci (Mom), Avery (Big Sis-14 years old), and Asher (Little Brother- 4 years old.) We first wanted to say that we know this is a tremendous sacrifice and an extremely difficult decision you all have been faced with and we will be praying for you through this process and journey. Our sweet girl Avery was our special miracle baby through multiple rounds of infertility treatments; and our sweet son Asher we cherish because of adoption; and were matched with him when he was one day old. As we are not able to conceive more children due to Jacci medically needing a hysterectomy (2014), adoption is our path to expanding our family. We know that if God has chosen your baby for us, and we really hope He has, we will absolutely provide a supporting, stable, Christ-centered environment for them where they will be nurtured and encouraged throughout their entire life. We are honored that you are looking at our profile. We have been praying for you and your baby for a long time and you are already such a blessing to us. We are so thankful you are choosing life for your sweet baby. We trust God will provide the child that is right for us, in His perfect timing. We are deeply rooted in our Christian faith, and live it out daily by living by the principles written in the Bible and in actions through volunteering in the community and with our church family. Jacci is part of our local church worship team and loves to sing to the children throughout the day and at night. We believe in dedicated time spent with one another as a family, doing chores around the farm, and giving back to the community when we can. One thing we just love to do is spend time as family doing just whatever from family
movie nights, to bon fires, gardening, enjoying the lakes and mountains, etc. Simply put, the blessing of spending time with each other means so much to us. We look forward to singing sweet lullabies, reading bedtime stories, morning and evening prayers, and sweet cuddles with this new baby. Please remember how brave you are, how strong you are, and how unselfish this gift of life truly is. We are so proud of you and look forward to coming alongside you and praying for you as you have, and are giving us, the sweet miracle of life and we are so honored you chose us to be part of this journey with you, and provide the best possible life for your baby.
We love you, Love, Jake, Jacci, Avery and Asher
