REFUND POLICY

  1. No Refunds: All adoption-related fees are non-refundable. This non-refundable policy applies to all fees for services rendered, including platform and administrative costs, regardless of changes in personal circumstances. This policy ensures that clients understand our commitment to transparency in how fees are applied
  2. Failed Adoption and Future Adoptions: If an adoption does not go as planned, Adoption For My Child provides an option to credit fees paid toward a future adoption within 12 months. This credit applies to platform and administrative fees incurred during the initial adoption process. Note that additional fees may be required if costs exceed the credited amount.
  3. Procedure for Applying Fees to Future Adoptions:
    • To utilize the credit for a future adoption, the adopter must notify Adoption for My Child within 30 days of the failed adoption.
    • The credit will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the failed adoption.
    • The adopter is responsible for any additional fees or expenses associated with the future adoption that exceed the credited amount.
  4. Transferability: The credit for a failed adoption is exclusively available to the original adopter and cannot be transferred or applied to any other services or individuals. This ensures that the credit remains consistent with our policy for future adoption use only.
  5. Exceptions:
    • Refunds are generally not available, except in rare and exceptional circumstances that warrant such consideration. If you experience unexpected and severe circumstances affecting the adoption process, please submit your refund request in writing within 30 days of the occurrence, including all relevant supporting documentation. Please note that your request must be supported by relevant documents. Each such request will undergo thorough review to ensure fair consideration in accordance with our policy.
