I grew up in a very close-knit family with my grandparents, my mother and sister. There was plenty of love and laughter throughout our home. To this day, I talk to my grandmother and mother daily and my sister multiple times a day (she’s my one of best friends lol). I love to read, spend time with family and friends, traveling, painting, and baking. Birthdays and holidays are definitely my thing! Especially since I’m the designated baker in my family, I make everyone’s birthday cake of their choice. It’s the small tokens of doing random things for others that I appreciate the most. Around the house, there is always music playing because it’s the best, whether soothing nature sounds, r&b, pop, gospel, or rap...all gets equally played here!
My house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, so plenty of room for playing and having family and friends over with room for growth. The best part is my giant fenced in backyard. It’s perfect for playing outside, setting up the bounce house or slip-and-slide and inviting friends over for movie nights under the stars. The best part about my neighborhood is my sister, brother-in-law, nephews, and niece live two minutes away from me.
I have a 2-year-old Great Dane dog named Loki (definitely a Marvel fan lol). He’s a beloved member of my family who just can’t get enough of riding along in the back of the car, playing in the backyard with my nephews and niece, toting his toys around the house and getting belly rubs. While giant, he’s also sweet, gentle, and happily tolerates being dressed up as a superhero. He’s a great family dog!
