Megan & George

- Florida -

Introduction

Hi! We’re George and Megan, parents to our daughter Madison and dog parents to Milo and Bella. Our family is loving, playful, and full of heart. Megan is the rock of our home, George brings the fun, and Madison is so excited to be a big sister. Adoption means so much to us — Madison was adopted in 2017. She can’t wait to be a big sister and already talks about helping with bottles and bedtime stories. If chosen, your child will be surrounded by love, support, and a life filled with joy.

Meet my incredible wife, Megan — the heart and soul of our family, and truly the rock we all lean on. She’s the kind of person who always puts others before herself, offering love, patience, and unwavering support in everything she does. Whether it’s staying up late to help with a school project, organizing family traditions, or just being there with a warm hug and a listening ear, Megan leads our family with quiet strength and endless compassion. She has a gift for making everyone feel safe, seen, and deeply loved. Her nurturing spirit and steady presence create a home that’s filled with laughter, comfort, and unconditional support. Watching her be a mother has been the greatest joy of my life, and I know in my heart that any child would be so lucky to be wrapped in the love she gives so freely. She’s everything I could ever hope for in a partner and a parent — and so much more.

This is my amazing husband, George — truly one of the kindest, most supportive, and selfless people I’ve ever known. He has this incredible way of bringing joy to those around him, always ready with a joke, a warm smile, or a spontaneous adventure to brighten our day. Whether it’s a quick run to the store or a big family vacation, he makes every outing feel special and full of fun. At home, George is the heartbeat of our family. He’s our biggest fan and the first to stir up excitement on family game nights — usually introducing us to a new game he can’t wait to teach. Thanks to him, our game shelf keeps growing, and so do our memories together. In his free time, George pours his heart into coaching youth football and baseball, something he’s been doing for over 15 years. He has a gift for inspiring young athletes and creating a positive, encouraging team environment wherever he goes. And let’s not forget his love of cooking — he’s always experimenting with new dishes, but what I love most is how he includes us in the kitchen, teaching and laughing together along the way. He’s our anchor in the storm, our fun-maker, and our constant source of love. I couldn’t be more grateful to share this life with him.

Building Our Family Through Adoption

Our Letter To You

You don’t know us yet, but we’ve been thinking about you and praying for you for quite some time. Our names are George and Megan, and we are so grateful that you’ve taken a moment to read our story. As we write this letter, our hearts are full of emotion and hope. We imagine you may be feeling a whirlwind of emotions too—and that’s completely okay. This is a deeply personal journey, and we want you to know how much we admire your strength, courage, and the love that’s guiding your decisions.

We want what is best for your baby—just like you do. Whether or not adoption ends up being the path you choose, we respect you and honor the love that brought you here.

A little about us: We’re high school sweethearts and have been together ever since. After graduation, we moved into our first apartment, juggling school and work while dreaming about the family we hoped to grow one day. We married in 2007 and, after several years of trying to conceive, learned that having children biologically wasn’t in God’s plan for us. After years of fertility treatments, we opened our hearts to adoption and began researching every option—and in 2017, we were blessed to welcome our beautiful daughter, Madison, into our family through adoption.

Madison has brought immeasurable joy into our lives, and we know in our hearts that our family isn’t yet complete. We’re so excited about the opportunity to grow our family through adoption once again.

George has a passion for coaching and has volunteered in youth sports for over a decade. He’s currently the Defensive Coordinator for the local high school varsity football team and also coaches varsity baseball. Megan and Madison are a constant presence at games and practices—cheering on the team, passing out snacks, and bringing smiles to the players. Madison especially loves running onto the field during downtime and even serves as the team’s “water girl” from time to time!

Megan spends most of her time at home with our dogs Bella and Milo, and we love the quiet moments together as a family. Much of Megan’s extended family lives within a few hours’ drive, so we spend holidays and weekends surrounded by cousins, grandparents, and laughter. Megan has a twin sister whose son is close in age to Madison—they’re best buddies and love spending time together.

If you choose to make an adoption plan with us, please know this: we will honor you and your wishes every step of the way. We are open to whatever level of contact and connection you’re comfortable with, and we will raise this child with deep love, unwavering support, and the truth of their adoption story from the very beginning. We promise to provide a joyful, stable, and opportunity-filled life—and we’ll always speak of you with love, respect, and gratitude.

We are praying for you and your baby throughout this journey. Whatever path you choose, we hope it brings you peace. Thank you again for taking the time to get to know us. We would be honored to share more with you.

With love and respect,
George, Megan, Madison, Milo and Bella

Our Parenting Style

In our home, love, honesty, and connection are at the heart of how we parent. We believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and unconditionally loved for exactly who they are. Our approach to parenting is rooted in compassion, patience, and presence—we aim to create a safe, supportive environment where a child can explore their world, build confidence, and know they are always valued.

We are deeply committed to being open about adoption from the very beginning. Adoption is not a secret—it’s a beautiful and important part of a child’s story, and we will speak about it with pride, gentleness, and respect. We will talk often about the incredible love that brought them into our family, including your courage and the selfless decision you made. Your child will always know they were chosen, cherished, and deeply loved by both their birth family and us.

Our hope is that our child grows up understanding their story, feeling confident in who they are, and knowing how truly special their journey is. We’re here to walk alongside them every step of the way.

Our Story

Our Home

Life at our home is warm, relaxed, and filled with love. We live in a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style house nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature and sunshine. Our home has a big backyard where our dogs, Milo and Bella, love to run and play, and where we often gather for barbecues, games, or simply to enjoy the fresh air. Inside, our home is a mix of comfort and connection — open living spaces perfect for family movie nights, a kitchen where we love to cook together, and bedrooms that reflect each of our personalities. It’s a space that feels peaceful, joyful, and always welcoming. Whether it’s game night, baking cookies, or just curling up on the couch, there’s a sense of love and togetherness here that makes it truly special.

Our Pets

Meet our pups, Bella and Milo — two sweet and silly members of our family who bring so much joy to our everyday lives. Bella is a 4-year-old beagle-bulldog mix with a gentle heart and soulful eyes. She loves sunbathing by the window, sneaking onto the couch for snuggles, and always knows when someone needs a little extra love. Milo is our 3-year-old brindle American bull terrier, full of energy and personality. He’s playful, curious, and always ready for an adventure — whether it’s chasing a ball or exploring new trails on our family walks. Together, they’re the perfect mix of calm and goofy, and they both adore kids. Our home wouldn’t be the same without their wagging tails, happy barks, and the unconditional love they bring every single day.
