Our parenting style is to lead with love, understanding and acceptance. We believe in nurturing and not teaching with fear or fixating on mistakes.
We recently purchased our home about 6 months ago. We live in a lovely master planned community with load of parks, pools, trails and community events. We consider ourselves lucky to have the coolest neighbors! The kids play together most nights and weekends on our greenbelt. We celebrate many holidays together with potlucks and various blow up houses or water slides! We are all a bit of a chosen family that helps babysit each others kids in a bind, meal trains when someone needs it and we all hope to have all our children enjoy being children.
We have a blank slate room with a crib and a rocking chair. We hope to give it more personality once we are match! We think it’s more fun to decorate the room while getting to know what our kids love and get some input from you as well! Danielle thinks it would be fun to do together!
Bowie and Cooper are our in house therapy pups. Bowie is our big guy and he thinks he is a lap dog. Cooper has that golden retriever personality and is impossible not to love!
We are Danielle + Grant!
Grant is working his dream job as a pilot for United Airlines. He grew up in Sacramento, CA with his parents and sister. He attended religious private schools where he learned the importance of education, performance, perseverance and responsibility. He enjoys long runs around our neighborhood trails and has recently taken up disc golf.
Danielle is a former flight attendant turned stay at home mom to their daughter and pups. Danielle and Grant met at work, despite pilots and flight attendants dating being very gauche. Danielle grew up in Montclair, CA with her parents and 2 younger siblings. She played soccer at a college in Hawaii and made some of her very best friends there. She loves cooking, baking, fostering animals, the beach and being a mom.
Rosie:
Rosie is 5 years old and came to our family through adoption. How lucky we feel to have her in our lives, she is pure sunshine! She enjoys rock climbing, soccer, gymnastics, baking and is a wonderful artist. She cannot wait to become a big sister!
