I am a die hard Minnesota Vikings fan!! I also am a huge animal lover and love to spend time with our pet golden retriever Rosie. I desire to be a mom who wants to provide the tools necessary for a child to succeed in life. I am loving and empathetic. I enjoy traveling, going out to restaurants especially breakfasts. I received my bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. in Criminal Justice. I like to make people laugh and having a good sense of humor helps me to keep a positive attitude through life's stressors.
I would love nothing more than to raise and love a child. I am compassionate, kind, and empathetic. I have many hobbies including: wrestling, football, videogames, movies, and riding motorcycles. I also graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor's degree. Becoming a father would accomplish my life long dreams. I love having small talk with a co worker or the server at a restaurant. I love adventure and trying something new to break up the routine of everyday life. I use my faith in god as guidance to live day by day.
To our future birth mother,
Hi there!
Thank you for taking the time to consider our profile for your baby’s adoption. We want you to know how extremely grateful we are for this opportunity. We realize that these decisions do not come easy, yet we would like to bring as much comfort and reassurance to you on this adoption journey. Through our infertility struggles we have gained a greater appreciation of parenthood. We realize now that being a parent should never be taken for granted. With your consideration it gives our dreams a chance to finally become reality.
Thank you again for considering our profile,
Sarah and Andrew.
We want to provide a loving home for our future child. We believe a child should be able to speak to their parents about any challenges they are facing in life.
We feel the best way to discipline children is through problem solving and open discussion. We also believe that, especially an infant, shouldn’t be constantly entertained through an I-PAD but rather quality time with family.
We live in a two story two and a half bathroom colonial home in a cul-de-sac. The home has a fenced in backyard that makes it safe for our golden retriever Rosie and our future children to play in. Our neighborhood is located centrally about, five minutes away from grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and schools. Our neighborhood has eighteen homes and is a close nit community. There are other children who reside in our neighborhood. We are close to other larger neighborhoods as well
We live near several local parks that have wonderful walking trails, Swing sets, and play equipment for kids, We live near the Richmond, VA metro zoo and are not far from museums such as the children’s science museum. We are not far from many restaurants. We love going out for breakfast on Saturdays and can’t wait to take our little ones to I-Hop to feast on pancakes.
We cannot wait to someday become parents!
We have a lovely golden retriever named Rosie. She goes with us on our weekend trips. She would love to have a baby sibling join the family. She is wonderful around our godchildren whenever they have come to visit our home.
Both Sarah’s parents have been married for almost fifty years. Janet is Sarah’s mother who is a retired elementary school teacher. She is looking forward to spending time with her grandchild. Ben is a retired state employee. They live less than ten minutes away from Andrew and Sarah. Sarah’s parents love traveling and seeing different states. Janet started taking Sarah to see a new state since she was twelve years old. They enjoy riding bicycles and volunteer now at their local hospital. Janet and Ben are both from the state of Virginia. Sarah has a brother named Jason. He is eight years older than Sarah. Jason works for the federal government as a scientist. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and loves to travel to Florida a couple of times a year. Sarah has a great relationship with his brother. Jason lives an hour away.
Andrew’s parents have been married for almost forty five years. Nancy has a degree in Spanish. She spent her career substitute teaching and then was a child safety officer where she retired. She is eager to teach her grandchild Spanish. Nancy is originally from Illinois. Nelson is a retired federal government worker. He is originally from Tennessee. He was always a big kid and would love to take his grandchild to Disney World someday. Nancy and Nelson live a half an hour from Sarah and Andrew.
